- Location data: City and approximate coordinates provided at sign-up to help match vendors with nearby events.
3. SMS Communications & Phone Numbers
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we may use your phone number to send you text messages regarding booth approvals, payment reminders, and other event-related updates. SMS opt-in is entirely voluntary — it is not a condition of using the Platform.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to send you transactional notifications related to your activity on the Platform.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

- Event organizers: When you apply to an event, the organizer receives your application details (name, business info, category) to evaluate your submission.
- Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Twilio (SMS), AWS (storage), and Algolia (search). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share your phone number or personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
