How to Communicate with Vendors Before Your Event

Send vendors at least two touchpoints before your event: a confirmation when they’re accepted, and a reminder 24 to 48 hours out with setup times, parking, and any last-minute details.

Most organizers rely on email, but a lot of vendors miss it. Texting vendors directly gets a much higher response rate and cuts down on day-of questions. If you’re managing more than a handful of vendors, having a platform that handles both in one place saves a lot of back and forth.
